Hi!! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to fill a 1 bed with a shared bathroom in our 3 bed/2 bath apt in West Hollywood. Available for move in Oct 1st.
Rent is $1225 + ~$60 per month for utilities and another $10 if you want a parking spot but there is street parking available! Lease is month to month.
Room has an AC unit and attached balcony. There’s also a washer and dryer in the building.
Super cute neighborhood, we live right across from a park and walking distance to trader joe’s, ralph’s, target, whole foods, and a bunch of cute cafes, shops, bars, etc.
My roommate and I are 23 and 25 yrs old and both work full time out of the house.
We’re ideally looking for another person to join us we can get along with, communicates well, is chill, etc. We are also a 420 friendly apartment.
