The House:

Cute house located near Carlton university and Algonquin college. This room is the largest of the three bedrooms in the house. It has two large windows making lots of natural light. It also has a decent sized closet. House has in unit laundry as well as a full kitchen and lovely backyard great for gardening. House has central heating and AC, Parking is free. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, mostly families and Carlton students. House is also within walking distance of several bus stops and a grocery store.

Roommates:

My two roommates are lovely and I’m honestly sad to say goodbye but I got a job in a different city. They’re both LGBTQ+, so we’re looking for someone who is also queer or an ally. They’re 420 friendly and open to pets although there is some allergies. One is working full time and the other is student at Algonquin college. They are both very clean and quiet and do enjoy to hang out and watch a movie or go for walks.
