Two floor apartment. You will live on the top floor in a spacious private room along with your own private bathroom. The communal living room and kitchen is on that floor as well. The lower floor is where my room and office is. On my floor you will also have access to a furnished guest room (for whenever you have friends or family visiting), washer/dryer, and the communal backyard.
Your room is not furnished. The rest of the apartment is.
For the price of rent here it's really hard to find such a nice, quiet, and spacious apartment as this.
1 month deposit is required. A photo of your credit score and your last 2 bank statement is also required.
My name is on the lease and we can arrange a sublease for documentation, or maybe also put your name on the official lease.
