Looking for one WORKING PROFESSIONAL to move in ASAP 1 large bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house. It is a great house with great people!
House is located in West Adams. Very central. Off the 10, just below Koreatown, less than 10 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes from Culver City, Mid City, Echo Park, Silver Lake. $1000/month and $1000 security deposit upon approval.
House is in a residential area not far from USC where single family homes surround us. We are not directly near many students.
We are in our mid/late 20's and are working professionals. We have created a harmonious living situation, and would love to maintain that!
Many of us love to take advantage of our surroundings be outdoors. All 3 of us are working at home at the moment. If you have a job outside the house thats a plus, however we are open to anyone seeking a room for rent.
It is essential that you are open and accepting, tidy, L G B T Q friendly, 420 friendly, be respectful, communicative, approachable, and considerate. Dresser available if needed. We are adults and don't want to have problems communicating about the house/what we need, chores etc, or being passive. We would like you to be good at co-habitating, especially at a time when we are home more than usual :)
4 bedroom house with parking, and easy street parking, large backyard with fire pit, grill, 2 full bathrooms, washer dryer, dishwasher. Dresser available. Bills are split evenly every month or every other month. They are not very expensive and run around $100 or less every month.
