I just completed my masters program and have a Pomeranian named Benji. He is very chill and quiet for the most part. I am mostly to myself and have a very busy life. My place is decorated nicely and the main priorities for keeping my place clean is keeping the common area sanitary and clean as a respect for roommates. My apartment has plenty of space for a roommate to store their things in the common area/kitchen and balcony is already furnished/decorated. I’d be willing to meet in person if our interests in rooming seem aligned. If you smoke that is okay as long as it’s on the balcony area.
