This is a brand new home that will be ready in august to September . We will have a full side yard and plenty of living space . You will have to share a bathroom room with one person. Both my sister and I work full time so we won’t be there all the time . We have two loving dogs. We will not accept anymore dogs though. The house will have brand appliances and due to the house bing new our utilities will be around $125 a month TOTAL (split that in three) . There is highway access being built so it will be a easy drive to I25. 20 minutes to Denver and 5 minutes to castle rock or 20 mile road in Parker.
