Brandon S - $900/month

I work a 9am to 5:30pm M-F job as an IT Support Engineer in Manhattan and I may need to work from home at times. I am a very quiet, laid-back, guy who likes to keep to himself, but I don't mind having conversations. I always clean up after myself and I am more than willing to help with chores around the house when needed. I have a girlfriend who lives outside of the city who will probably visit me once or twice a month. She will not be living with me for now, but she will most likely visit more often towards the end of the lease since we will be looking for a place to move into together then. I do not smoke and prefer to not have smoking in the house, outside is fine. I'm a very causal drinker, but I am not by any means a partier. I have no pets but I am 110% okay with any kind of animal, if you don't want any pets that's okay too.
