OFFERING: Master bedroom (private bathroom and private balcony entrance) in a two bedroom condo for a year lease.

UNIT: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in a 6th floor condo facing northwards

MOVE IN DATE: March 31st . Signing a 1 year lease with my landlord.

PRICE: $1,650

INCLUDED: ALL utilites, (I pay for utilities heat and water $75 and internet $50 and have included it in this price), sauna, steam room, hot and cold jacuzzi, gym, outdoor pool (with a panoramic view of the city), outdoor BBQs, , locker, in suite laundry and concierge service for packages.

RENTAL TERMS: We will sign the lease together however, I will collect the rent and pay the entire rent to the landlord via etransfer.

This will be a special time to rent this unit as we will be having the fan fest for the world cup in our backyard (literally).

My name is Steven I am a 33 year old male, looking for ideally someone late 20s or early 30s with a similar lifestyle. I am currently self employed and tend to spend a fair amount of time at home at the moment (however I tend to keep to myself). I am looking at potentially rejoining the 9-5 world in the non-profit fundraising industry. I am kind of past my prime partying phase but the odd party on weekends here and there is ok with me as long as it ends at a reasonable hour. Now you may ask what is a reasonable hour; well lets say a few hours before sunrise how about that 🙂. I personally only host a party maybe once a year if that. I have a girlfriend and when seeing her tend to spend most of my time at her place. I am looking for someone who is reasonable in that regard as well. I love to connect with my roommate in the common areas but when we are in our room I believe that is our space for our private time.

Transit Options:

We have the 504 king streetcar 24/7 as well the 509 harbourfront which are both less than 10 minutes walk away.

My favourite though is the Go train which is only 15 minute walk which can get you all the way to Hamilton or Oshawa depending whether you fancy going East or West.

Grocery Stores:

We have Metro, No Frills, Farm Boy, Longos and Loblaws all within a 20 minute walk so safe to say you have lots of variety.
