Hello! I’m Heather and my cat and I are looking to rent a room with some like-minded people starting mid-February! Want to live in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, or Ravenswood

Details: Ideal living situations - Looking to live with at least one female identifying person. Parking, a dishwasher, and on-site laundry.

About me: fully vaccinated. I’m a part of the theatre scene! I’m a singer/dancer/actor, so there is singing and dancing in the house, and of course self-tapes. I love animals more than most things, I love the outdoors, I’m a foodie and love good drinks, I look forward to discovering a neighborhood cafe, I cook a lot, and I would consider myself neither a slob or a neat freak. I’m extroverted and, once established, am rarely at home. My cat has a lot of energy and would need access to the public spaces. He is good with other cats and dogs. I can’t stand the smell of smoke, so roommates would have to be comfortable smoking (cigs, anything 420, etc) in a garage or outside.

What I’m looking for in a housemate(s) is someone friendly, laid back, reliable, considerate, and like-minded. I essentially don’t want to feel like a stranger in my house and I don’t want anyone to feel that way either.
