I am 30, young professional, quiet, I work a 9-5, very clean, respectful of personal spaces. Outgoing and independent. Very Responsible. Enjoys being active.
No kids. From the east coast been in SD 3 years. I currently live in SD and would like to leave north county as soon as possible. I would love to meet for lunch first just to make sure personalities work well.
The apartment is completely empty. A semi long term roommate is preferred to really create a shared environment. We would be splitting the mortgage (* Private landlord, super chill he just didn't realize the Navy was gonna send him somewhere else so soon*).
And splitting utilities and Internet. I work in a property management so I can probably get a good deal on AT&T.
