Quiet, working from home online. Need good internet. I am a light sleeper so lack of noise and blackout curtains are very helpful. I am able and willing to split the cost for a cleaning person once or twice per month. I like sports and movies. I will mow the yard for a reduction of rent. I have various items delivered to the home so the delivery area shoild be secure from theft. I would prefer zip code 85029 but I am willing to live in neighboring zip codes with Phoenix Metro close. When i do purchase a vehicle, I would prefer off street parking or garage parking. If i am sharing a bathroom, it should be cleaned at least once per week, especially if it the guest bathroom. The shared living space should be uncluttered and kept clean by each individual. I may have the need for external clients or business partners to visit on occasion, so the shared area needs to be uncluttered.
