Looking for a roommate to move in early August! I am a 24yr old girl working full-time. We live in Kips Bay Court in a true 2 bedroom apartment 1 bath. The apartment is newly renovated with all new appliances, and we are the first to live in it since the renovations. The building itself includes a laundry room, full-time doorman, outdoor courtyard with lawn chairs and grills, a gym, package room and a tennis/basketball court.
