Great quiet space on ground floor, windows overlook plants in private area with enclosed patio and front garden for real CA living.
A large master bedroom available with a comfy queen sized bed, windows overlooking and enclosed Bougainvillea vine covered lattice. Hardwood floors, lots of space, wonderfully peaceful and serene room. It has an en suite shared bathroom with a private entrance and entrance from the hallway.
Built in chest of draws and closets. It’s like having your own studio apartment.
Large desk work area with an additional area with a microwave, an electric kettle and coffee maker. Comfortable armchair by French door for reading or relaxing. Lighting in all areas of room with wall lights on dimmers.
A front yard with seated area with fruiting cacti and palm trees and a lush enclosed private front patio surrounded with grape and Jasmine vines that leads to front door of house.
Hardwood floors throughout, Italian porcelain tiled kitchen.
