Hi beautiful people! My name is Taylor!

I am looking for a roomie to move into a new place with in early August, 2023 through (most likely) May, 2023 with a co-lease!

I'm searching for a roommate who is communicative, kind, and accountable. I would like to live in Plaza, Myers Park, South End, or Dilworth since I'm in those areas the majority of the time! I'd prefer to live in a house, condo, or townhouse, but I'm open to living in an apartment if the cost for amenities are low and if there is a porch facing trees (one of my main specs)! We can of course discuss more about this if it comes to it! :)

I would like to curate an aesthetic space (on a budget) that feels like a beautiful home that is peaceful and inspiring! I'd prefer that the place I live in has lots of natural lighting so that it it can be a bright space where plants flourish! Could potentially have a screened-in porch? Just a heads up that I love pets but would prefer not to live with them. :/

I am a busy professional who is constantly on the go! Although I love to connect with people, when at home, I prefer that that I am able to enjoy my independent downtime and space so that I can recharge! I would appreciate if my roommate shared the same or a complimentary perspective and lifestyle! That being said, I'd still love to form a great relationship!:)
