About Me

Hi! We have a master bedroom currently available in our 3 bedroom rental house. Our lease officially renews in October, but the room is available before then as our 4th roommate is moving to Greeley. It comes with its own closet and private bathroom. We also have storage space in the garage and the basement. There are living areas upstairs and downstairs. Common areas are pretty much all furnished, but our current 4th roommate will be taking most of the basement furniture with him. That space will be more open for a 4th roommate to furnish themselves if desired. We have a dishwasher and shared washer/dryer. There is also a backyard with a small patio.

Current roommates include myself (Steven, he/him), my partner Morgan (she/her), our friend Bill (he/him), and two cats. We are all professionals in our early 30s. I'm a science teacher. Morgan is a technical writer for biotech, and Bill is a writer for a small independent game studio. We are a pretty lowkey bunch, who like outdoor activities, board games, reading/watching movies, video games, and creative activities (art/D&D/writing). Morgan and I frequently use the upstairs common areas, while Bill mostly uses his downstairs office space during his free time. Morgan works from home in her downstairs office during the day. We do host small (4-8 guests) social gatherings about once a month but otherwise don't have a ton of guests over and keep to ourselves. Looking forward to finding a roommate who is a good fit!
