The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath in Hyde Park area. Amenities include in unit laundry, all new appliances, back porch, free off-street parking spot, central air and heat, shared front and back yards, private bathroom (with whirlpool jets). It was just renovated in 2020 so really nice apartment.
Rent is $1700 and your portion would be $850. Length of lease is negotiable. Comment or PM if interested! You can move in as soon as Sept 18.
