Hey, I'm seeking an individual to share my space for the summer. I'm in a great location to live as I am minutes from highways 141,Interstate 44 and highway 270. I'm in my forties,live fairly clean, and I am often working, studying, and spend time away. The room is fully furnished, but if that doesnt work, feel free to change.

My ideal candidate would be a student, working professional, or single parent with work outside the home. I have wifi, valet trash, pool, and pickleball court which is available at no additional cost. There are two full bathrooms upstairs. One is for your use along with a full basement downstairs for additional storage.
