Hi there! I have a house in Oakland with a room for rent. It’s a 2 bed/2 bath house. Located across the street from 2 schools. The main house is all furnished, the only room that will be empty is yours. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street (usually good availability).

The room has been occupied by my cousin for over a year but she is now moving because she bought a house of her own!

I’m a law student currently studying at Hastings in SF. I drive to school in the city most days of the week, and I’m happy to give you a ride if our schedules sync up.

I have 2 sweet indoor cats. They generally do well with dogs, so it’s a pet friendly home.

I don’t party much, rarely drink, but I don’t mind if you do. It’s mostly just because I’m studying all the time.
