Looking for someone to move in 1 FEBRUARY 2018--want to get this taken care of ASAP. Unfurnished room in a quiet clean apartment in the West 140s. Elevator building.

Rent is all inclusive ( rent, utilities/electric and cable 100mbps internet-- we stream TV from internet/AppleTV?FIRE TV). $825 monthly and $825 refundable security deposit when you move out.

This is the medium sized of the three rooms and has a large south facing window overlooking a nice community garden. There is a clothing rack in the room as the closets were removed years ago. There is also possibly an ac available.

The apartment is very clean and well maintained and suitable for three as there is plenty of privacy and we all take responsibility for cleaning buying supplies and maintaining the apt et cetera.

Roommates are 34/m/gay, entrepreneur, author, works from home a lot more these days. Other roommate is 22 Straight Fordham graduate, who also works a lot and is very rarely around but extremely affable...

All the common areas are nicely furnished. Works great for those who are respectful and clean and accountable. Shouldn't have to be said, but I will, no drugs, or smoking we also try not to drink in the house.
