Parties, strangers in home who have not been Covid Cleared are discouraged unless going straight to your room. So sorry, this is my way of trying to keep people from being exposed under my roof. No guarantees, but not from a lack of following all Federal guidelines. :-)
A Mask, Gloves, temperature check available for roommates if desired. Want to live with someone who is mindful and will self quarantine in their private room if sick. Covers mouth when coughing, and washes hands regularly. I will do the same. We’re in this together and I look forward to meeting you.
Monthly Rate for Room $600 for the smaller blue room, or $660 for a room with two regular beds and flat screen TV. Deposit and rent are the same.
Private room with private bath is $750.

Sorry, non smokers only. Non smoker of any kind. No heavy drinking and No Pets, No exceptions. Allergic to Pets and smoke. This is a setting for quiet individuals who want very privacy and safety. So private, safe, sober, drug free, pet free applicants only.
In this home, You are welcome to visit, share meals, or stay in your room and keep to yourself . :-) No judgement. Your comfort, privacy and safety is my priority. This is your temporary safe refuge until you decide where you want to land more permanently.
House is fully furnished...no need to bring anything but your Personals. You will choose your special code that will be used during your stay. Stay 1 month, 4 months, longer if it works out.
This is my home. Trying to move in and not pay doesn’t work. You will know at the time you move in if this is a suitable financial obligation. Moving in with an intention not to pay to take advantage of our current situation is fraud and will be reported as such.
If you’re open and honest about your current situation, we can certainly work together through most anything. Living for free is just something I’m unable to help with. We are all in this together, I’ll certainly help where I can, but I too am obligated to the bank and utility companies.
