It is a 2BR/2Bath in Denver Tech Center. Your portion of rent would be $1150, plus utilities. It is in a quiet area, within 5 minutes of multiple grocery stores, has access to a community pool which is pretty quiet on weekend mornings, and a small fitness center. It is a safe area, I’ve been here for one year and looking forward to staying in this apartment for another.
