hey,

i am currently living in harlem but looking to move out of manhattan to queens (jackson heights, astoria, or ridgewood) bed stuy brooklyn, if not then staying in uptown manhattan ( fort george or inwood) areas. i am a pretty chill guy to live with. very tidy and quiet for the most parts. i keep guests outside for the most part. overnight guests are on rare/emergency conditions. i am considerate of others and i hope my roommates are the same. would like the common areas to remain clean as possible with a mutual understanding of how to keep areas clean and actually clean them. additionally pitching in with household necessities. i do cook a lot at home but again, clean up after myself immediately and keep no dishes in the sink for long periods of time and/or overnight. i would like to find other like minded people to room with as well to keep a peaceful environment. ideally i'd like to become friends with whomever i am living with but if we're just sharing the space and having small talk here and there, that is okay too.
