I'm a young professional freelancing in production. Super laid back and respectful of personal space/belongings. I have a little cat named Benji, he's very sweet and social. Because I freelance in mostly film/tv/production my schedule is varied. There are months where I'll barely be home and some weeks where it'll be my office. I'd like to be friends/friendly with whoever I move in with but again, I totally understand the need for personal space/time. In my free time I write and love to play music (let's jam if you're a musician!). I love to cook and you will catch me cheffing something most nights when I'm home.

Bursting with light, boasts a large living room, rare SUPER high ceilings (18+ feet!), plus a fully loaded kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Spacious bathroom with deep-soaking tub. The common space is furnished with a couch but my roommate is taking the rest of the furniture with him so there will be some room! He's taking his TV with him so I'm hoping to have projector or something similar installed by the time you move in!
