Two Bedroom Upstairs Duplex Near Wash Park

We have two rooms available May. The house has a fireplace, back yard and washer/dryer in unit. Rent is $1500 monthly not including utilities. One room is average and the other room is fairly small and has lots of windows facing the backyard so you get great light in the morning. It's located near wash park and is a short drive to South Broadway and downtown. The shared bathroom has a claw foot tub, and the kitchen is fairly spacious with a moveable island. The back yard is fairly large and is a great space for yoga and socializing once the weather heats back up. The lease ends July 31st and it costs $500 to get your name on the lease. Security deposit is one month's rent.

There is currently another Tennant living in the space downstairs. Earlier move in can be negotiated as well as if you want just one of the rooms.
