Roommate Wanted !

Hello! My boyfriend and I are looking for a new roomie for May 1, for our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home!
Your bedroom would of course be off limits to us, as our room would be off limits to you. There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is paid laundry in the basement, however it’s not the best but there’s a laundromat a few blocks away on Fraser & Broadway. We are Close to the 99 and Commercial broadway station.
Our place is fully furnished minus whatever you would need for you bedroom, we have a lot so it would be best for someone who really doesn’t have much furniture
There’s a shared front porch (our friends upstairs have access to this as well) as well as our private deck in the back yard!

My boyfriend Dane and I love art and music, there’s always music playing or art being made. We also have 2 cats, so you would have to be good with pets.
We both work full time jobs, Monday to Friday and I have the occasional on call shifts during the weekend
We both smoke and are also 420 friendly !
Roommate must be able to clean up after themselves and help out with cleaning the common areas if they’re used by you, this includes the washroom
. No messes left for days!

If you’re a person who likes peace and quiet and early nights, this wouldn’t be the place for you. Rent is due the first of each month , with cash, as our landlord does not do e-transfer. Rent would be 1000 a month which includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.
