Hi guys!! I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in West Village as soon as possible.
I'm an incoming Dramatic Writing MFA at NYU. I'm 22 and from the Bay Area but I'm coming here from a comedy background in Chicago. I just graduated from The Theatre School at DePaul University and I'm so stoked about my new apartment genuinely it's so cute.
I love the outdoors, going out to bars, museums, coffee shops, and all that good stuff.
I'm looking for a friendly roommate-- we don't have to be besties or anything but I love a chit chat and would hate to have a dead silent house if you know what I mean. If we vibe and you're the going out type, I'm new to the city and still need to find my fun bar rotation, but I'm also a pretty decent running buddy.
I'm like a regular level of clean, not a total mess but not a neat freak either. I like to host from time to time but it's usually not anything huge (and I ofc clear everything with the house first.)

The apartment is all set up in a well maintained building in a super cute lively neighborhood about a 6 minute walk from WSP. You'd just need furnishings for your bedroom (9'4" X 8' ft), but you should of course feel free to add your decor touches to the common areas!

- in-unit washer/dryer
- video intercom
- hella natural light
- your room has the fire escape
- updated (last year) kitchen appliances (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc.)
- super cute backsplash if that's a factor for you lol
