Hi everyone! I'm currently looking for a roommate who is also looking to live in or near DTLA/Koreatown! My budget is $1,200 per month and my move-in date is SUPER flexible (August or September, ideally).
We can either live in EITHER a 2br -OR- 1br (with you occupying the living room space), depending on how tight your budget is!
I have a ton of nice, affordable places in mind - just looking for someone to live with :) It would be awesome if I could make more than just a roommate - I'd love to become friends with whomever I end up living with!
About me:
- I am Vietnamese, in my early 20's, working in digital marketing
- I'm a super chill roommate - introverted, bit of a homebody LOL. Would prefer a roommate who isn't too loud either
- I always clean up after myself, so I expect the same from my roommate!
- I'll rarely have people over, except my boyfriend and, occasionally, family. I'll always make sure to let you know in advance, though, if I'm going to be having someone over
- Hobbies mainly consist of binge-watching Netflix and playing Animal Crossing (700+ hours clocked lol)
- I love going to concerts/festivals 🎶 (I go to a LOT because I'm super into music)
- I love baking in my free time! Be prepared to gain weight from trying what I make 😈 (P.S., our kitchen will smell really good)
- I also enjoy cooking Asian dishes from time to time, so pls be ok with the smell of nước mắm lol👀
