Hi potential roomies! I'm Nick, a working professional who is looking to make a move to Toronto. I was born in Barrie and raised in Woodbridge before working throughout Ontario during my 20s. My background is in ecology and renewable energy, but I currently work as a Data Manager for a welfare association. I like to cook most nights, but as I have been living in the countryside the past few years, I am eager to explore the city and will probably eat out often. My hobbies include fitness (volleyball, basketball, yoga, martial arts, anything), music, reading, and video games (LAN party anyone? :p).

I work completely remote, so it's important that the space is quiet during the daytime. However, I'm a laidback, free-spirited person, and during the evenings I do not mind activity/noise in the space. All I ask for is someone who is maintains a clean, fairly tidy place - nothing extreme. For example, cleaning up the kitchen right when you are finished - this ensures it's always readily available. I am not strict on dividing up chores; I like to deal with my own messes, and I expect you to do the same. I like to live in a relaxed environment with as minimal stress as possible, so if you are someone who is high-strung, we probably won't get along :)

Looking for a place with my own room and ideally another room as an office, so fairly sizeable. Somewhere close to transit. Balcony is a plus. I am pet friendly and 420 friendly as well :)
