Roommate and I are currently looking for a 3rd roommate to occupy a 3BR space in the Mission district. We are located a block away from Garfield Square, right on the edge of Noe Valley and Bernal Heights. Located just blocks away from La Cocina, La Taqueria, and plenty of other great restaurants on Valencia St's corridor.
We are asking $1,350 per month for this room, but there is a smaller den that could be converted to a living space if you'd like to pay less. Males and females both welcome, though no couples/pets please.
Unit will be unfurnished.

During the week, I work long hours at a market research startup and relive my glory days on the basketball court at some nightly runs. Roommate is an NYU grad breaking in to the TV/film industry, though he also moonlights as a professionally amateur freestyle rapper/skateboarder. We both cook a lot, so expect us to have friends over (and all the random aromas that come with that territory). We're here for a good time, but (if you're a great housemate), hopefully a long time as well.
