Hello! I am looking for a nice, chill roommate for my 2 bedroom (1,100 sqft) apartment in Encino, CA available as early as October 1st. My current roommate is moving so his bedroom (180 sqft) will be available for rent.
Rent for the room and living space is $1030/month. Water and trash utilities are included in rent and the remaining utilities would be split between us. The apartment complex is gated, with shared garage parking with on-site laundry and a pool! Plus our neighbors are very kind and quiet.
