Hello, I'm Courtney. I am a student at Augusta University that is looking to start a lease next semester with one other person or two people. I would prefer female students who also go to Augusta University. I am looking for somebody who has a vacant space and needs a roommate that lives in a property that is very close to Augusta University campuses', in the sense that the property are walking distances from campus. If you are somebody who is also looking for someplace to stay on campus next semester and don't yet know of or have a place to stay in advance, here are two properties that I am looking at right now, however I have not yet gone forward. One is at the Beacon Station that is next to the HealthScience Campus and the other is at Canalside which is a 20 minute walk from the HealthScience Campus. My budget for how much money I can pay in rent is 1000$, depending on whoever and how many people I am able to get into contact with will also depend whether or not I will going with these properties. In short. A few things about me is that I like to draw, I like to watch movies and tv shows and I hate bugs. I tend to be on the quiet side. I also do like maintain a clean environment/ I clean up every week on Saturday or Sunday. I don't expect my roommate to have one to one cleaning schedule as I do, I just expect for us to keep our shared living spaces presentable and okay. I don't mind if other people are brought into the space as long as I am given a heads up about it first.
