I am a nurse living (and hoping to stay in) Manhattan. My lease is ending in October and am looking for a 1-year lease.
I work night shift so am often sleeping during the day- which shouldn’t be much of an issue since I’ve grown accustomed to sleeping with an eyemask and earplugs (thanks NYC!).
I am a super positive, friendly person. Love dogs and movie+ wine nights.
My boyfriend and I have a dog (who mostly lives with him) so pet friendly would be nice, but not a deal-breaker.
