Hudson D - $2,000/month

Hi everyone! I'm currently searching for roommate(s) starting in April for a 1-year lease. My roommate (who is moving in with his girlfriend) also offered to be a reference for me.

My budget is $2000 per person (2-3 bedrooms). I'm looking primarily at these neighborhoods (ranked from my highest to lowest choice):

1) UWS + Manhattanville

2) Williamsburg (preferably near the L)

3) Downtown Brooklyn / Dumbo

5) UES, Hells Kitchen, and other parts of Brooklyn if the apartment is truly special!

A bit about me:

• I'm a Saggitarius and a true believer in Zodiac Signs

• Personality: I'm more introverted but want to make new friends. I'm also very clean in shared spaces, and I would prefer people who are also neat.

• Background: Originally from the Seattle area. I also have a very adorable Corgi back home (who I greatly miss) shown below. I have lived in NYC (Chelsea area) since June.

• Work: I work in private banking/wealth management - primarily with nonprofits and endowments. I love my job and team!

• Fun: I am very into trying new restaurants, traveling, and watching horrible reality TV shows (I just started real housewives of Salt Lake City).

• Staying active: I love biking, weight lifting, and running.

I also am part of the queer community, so I would appreciate an LGBTQ+-friendly roommate.
