Hey everyone!

I am looking for someone to transfer to a 2 bed/2 bath apt with in my current complex in Alpharetta GA. Rent would be about 1400 a month per person plus utilities. I am very clean and quiet and would be looking for someone similar. Prefer to live with no pets. I go to bed early and am up early for work and would prefer someone who is similar or is quiet in common spaces after 10PM. No smoking, no drugs. No parties or guests past 10PM during the week would be my preference. Significant others staying over is okay if it is not an every night thing or a live in situation.
