Looking for a clean, respectful roommate to share a quiet home on the outskirts of Philomath. Perfect for an Oregon State University student or a working professional who wants a peaceful place to come home to.

The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors. Since we’re just outside of town, there’s virtually no foot traffic, very little noise, and it’s an incredibly peaceful place to live.
🐱 We also have 3 friendly cats and 9 backyard chickens. The cats are used to dogs, and other pets may be considered depending on the situation.
