Hi! I'm Justin, I'm 25 years old living in Hamilton Heights. My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. I'm an elementary school teacher and he works in construction; he also has a 2 year old husky who's energetic but very friendly.

Rent is $1,045/per month, plus ~$130 for utilities. We buy our own groceries, but chip in for cleaning supplies. We keep the place clean and are looking for someone who would be able to do the same.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars around, plus grocery stores and pharmacies. There are three laundromats within 5 minutes of the apartment and we're right next to the 145th street station where you can catch the A/C or B/D trains.
