I live in a single family home near Hillendale Park in OC. I reside in the upstairs of a split level and have two lower, nicely finished rooms available for rent. There is a shared full bathroom there with washer/Dryer. Shared kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave .. very functional kitchen. full length deck and large backyard. Street parking.
I work throughout the week on shifting days and every other weekend but looking for some roomates. I'm a straight Church going guy and very conservative thinking so.. like minded guys would probably be best for us all if not tolerant. Sure I'll have a beer with football games and enjoy fun activities.
