I have 2 private rooms open. The rooms will share one bathroom with each other. Both rooms have windows and a closet with substantial space. There is a hallway closet as well.

The lease is year-long. The rent is $800 per month plus utilities. Pets are allowed with fee. Has a kitchen, pantry closet, refridgerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, washer/dryer in-unit, and a backyard.

The house is 10 mins from UCF, 10 mins from Waterford. It is 3 bed/2 bath. I am in the master bedroom. I have one cat. LGBT+ friendly.
