Ivy Y - $1,300/month

Hey I'm Ivy, I'm looking for a roommate or two to find a place with me in June. I have a cat named Snoopy and he's super friendly. I like to keep things clean and organized and I don't have people over too often. I'm happy to host people though, and would just like to have good open communication about when/how often people are over. It would be great if we became friends through this, but if not I'm happy to have someone to share a space with regardless :) I'm a host at a restaurant, becoming a server soon, so I will be getting home late sometimes, but I promise I'll be quiet. Looking for somewhere not too far from downtown, or at least where downtown is easily accessible by TTC since I'll be going into my fourth year at TMU next year.
