Rooms for rent in updated 3 bedroom, 1 1/4 bath house. You can either rent out the master bedroom with a huge walk in closet or one of the other bedrooms in the house. The master would be $850 and the smaller room would be $675 plus a third of all the utilities (water, electric and gas). A dog is welcome as long as it is house trained. There is a huge backyard, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and full unfinished basement. There is space for a car in the two car garage along with street parking. This house is about 20 minutes away from Golden/Denver/Boulder. It is close to the Westminster off leash dog park and Stanley lake. A months deposit required. 6 month lease agreement.
