Hello!

My name is Alie and I am looking for a roommate to move into our 3rd Bedroom. The home is a beautiful blue house, on a private street on a hill in East Nashville (Stainback and Douglas / Cleveland Park).
Me, my housemate Matt, his dog Wally and my two cats Dash and Blue live here.

Info about the house/room -
- Move in Date May 1
- 750 / month + utilities
- Closet, window, minimal attic space, shared closet in main upstairs hallway
-Partially Furnished but can be less furnished if need be.
- Parking on street 
- On a little hill on a great private quiet street near lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and places to hang!(Folk, Redheaded Stranger, Retrograde Coffee, Wilburn Street Tavern, East Nashville Beer Works, Audry, etc)
- washer/dryer
- dishwasher
- House is an open kitchen and living room downstairs with a half bath where my home office nook is 
- upstairs are the bedrooms and laundry
- Large deck downstairs off the kitchen and into the backyard
- We also have a good size backyard with a fire pit and shed for storage.
-Landlord does a background check and requires an application and security deposit to move in.
-No more cats allowed

Info about me
-I'm 37, I have my own company, Raganacreative.com which mostly does unique events in Nashville. LGBTQ, ex-pat from Brooklyn, I'm originally from San Diego. I've been here for 7 years and work partially at a non-profit and partially from home on my company, but when events get busy, I'm out of the house a lot. Travel often, will be gone for weeks at a time every 3 months or so. 

Info about Matt
- In his mid 20's, barber and belt maker. Originally from Texas, say's "Hellll ya" a lot. Very chill human being.

Who we're looking for-
Calm, peaceful and happy household. We are friendly and kind and don't like to have parties or lots of people over but do like to have chill hangs with friends every once and awhile. Like to keep the house clean and calm. We are looking for a responsible grown-up, someone clean and friendly that shares our values and has their own thing going on. Looking for someone interested in at least 6 months, no shorter. Prefer someone who wants to commit to a year
