Hey, I'm Ty, a student who was just admitted to BMCC. I'm genuine, responsible, and clean. I'll be starting school soon and looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live while I focus on my studies.

I'm hoping to share a 2-bedroom apartment with someone's who's respectful, clean, and reliable. My budget is around $800-$900 per person each month.

I don't smoke or drink. I like exploring new places, trying new food spots, and just prefer a calm, chill environment. I'm open to areas near BMCC or nearby in Jersey City, Queens, or Brooklyn with an easy commute.
