I live on 2nd floor of a Logan square grey stone. The garden apartment is for rent. It has 2 bedrooms .... I keep storage in the smaller room and once in 3 years I had a cousin stay in the room for an overnight ..... THUS the "roommate" need. Sadly, my current roommate just got a job in NYC after 7 years of living here. I've lived in Chicago since the 80's and am active in charities. I also work for an airline so keep busy. I ride a bike everyday. The backyard is really nice so I hope you enjoy sitting outside. I work hard at making it nice but don't seem to have time to spend time there. We have wonderful neighbours for the most part. The 1st floor apt has 2 tenants who have random work hours. We are located a few blocks from the Logan Blue line.... (which I use a lot!) & several bus stops. Please we cant have pets. Looking for someone who is kind, a bit on the tidy side, honest and responsible. THANKYOU

It's a cute space. Grey tiled floor through out, open concept living and kitchen area. Larger bedroom is available and can handle the queen sized bed. The walls are painted white or yellow. The bathroom is black and white. The kitchen. cabinets are white IKEA. I have a garage space or space for your. bike.
We. are just a few blocks from the Logan Blue line stop, 6 buildings north of Logan Blvd in a grey stone building, and near Diversey, Fullerton and Milwaukee bus routes. 3-5 minutes from the I90 California/Diversey exit and 12-15 minutes from the I290 sacramento exit.
I have it furnished and there is **almost** everything from dishes to pans.
There is a shared common area in from of your door, and we have a washer and dryer available to use. The tenants upstairs are working outside the home and have random hours, as do I.
We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, responsible and has a sense of community.
The current tenant is sadly moving to NYC Nov1st after living here 7 plus years. The neighbourhood is happening, and most of the neighbours are very friendly.
