This home has a beautiful view of the fountain from the front patio and a roomy back patio for BBQing and relaxing. Candidates need to be, non-smoker, non or light drinkers, and no drugs. Sorry, no pets either and must pass a background check. Monthly rent is $700 plus half of the electricity plus $700 security deposit. This home will be shared between just two people and one cat.
