I am renting a 2 bd, 2 bth apartment in Speer and looking to share with a like minded roommate! I’m responsible, clean, generally quiet, and happy to keep to myself but also love hanging out in a communal space with others. I generally work full time doing gig and temp work but also have a steady source of income through other means so I always have my finances taken care of. I enjoy meditating, yoga, essential oils, and eating vegan but don’t need my roomy to do the same. Hopefully you are a cat person because I have 2 indoor cats who will love to share the communal spaces with you ;D

I will be moving into the apartment from out of state so unfortunately, I won't be able to show it to you until I move in on January 30th (I won't see it myself until I move in so I don't have photos either). You will have your own bathroom although, it will likely be shared with any guests we have over. The unit has a balcony, dishwasher, large storage closet, washer/dryer in unit, and the apartment also has a swimming pool, gym, theater, and covered parking available (for a monthly fee).

I am looking for someone who can do the full lease term, no pets, no couples, and a move-in date beginning of February but can be flexible. If we feel like we are a good fit as roommates, you will need to go through the application process with the apartment to verify income and credit check.
