I've been living with my parents as their caregiver for 3 years. It's now time they leave their home for professional care. I plan on moving out of state in November 2022 (a date the family is accepting as being after both parents have passed) but I need to stay close to them for at least the next year +. I don't have great credit at all but I have Cosigners. and a bit of an inheritance to manage while I'm here. I also run the office for a home inspection company for 2 years I work 4 days a week.
