Hello! My roommate had to leave and I'm looking for someone to join the lease with me and move in on May 1st! I'm right by ASU in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment and the rent is about $730 a month plus utilities, so around $780 a month tops. It's pet friendly (I have a cat!), clean, and in a great area by Tempe Town Lake and Culinary Dropout. I'm a 20 year old girl so I would definitely prefer another female roommate, but I am super friendly and can get along with pretty much anyone!
