Roommate Wanted: Friendly, Clean, Respectful of Shared Spaces

We're four young professionals (two girls and two guys) in our late 20s - early 30s seeking a roommate who is also in their late 20s - early 30s.

We live in a large penthouse apartment in FiDi. It's a two-floor 5 bedroom/3 bathroom with a spacious living room, separate dining room, and a full kitchen. We have washer/dryer in-unit, full gym, rooftop access, dry cleaning service, bi-weekly cleaning service, and 24/7 concierge and maintenance in the building.

We’re within 2 - 10 minutes walk away from the major subway lines (4/5, 1/2/3, N/R/W, A/C/E)

The room available has a bathroom attached en-suite and a walk-in closet. Beautiful views and you can fit a queen-sized bed nicely with area for shelves, a side table or desk, and chair.

What We're Looking For:
Cleanliness: We prioritize tidiness in shared areas; pride in cleanliness is welcome.
Quietness: We love hanging out but we also value our quiet time. We're seeking a roommate who respects the need for downtime (esp. during weeknight evenings).
Friendly: Approachable, sociable; enjoys engaging in conversations.
Respect for Shared Spaces: Keep communal areas tidy; respect others' personal space. (ie. not bringing over lots of friends on a daily basis)

Security Deposit: $1900
Utilities:~$150 (varies month to month)
Location: FIDI
Move-in Date: Mid-December to January 1st at the latest.
