Chelsea O - $700/month

I have two friendly and affectionate cats. I work in a restaurant part time, and a supply chain/ logistics company part time. I am tidy, but not a neat freak. I generally clean up after myself, but sometimes need a reminder when I forget dishes in the sink or accidentally leave my laundry in the living room.

I've been living on my own for the past year, but I am trying to transition careers. This is resulting in a pay cut for the time being, so it's best for me to find a roommate. I am a pleasant and social person, but introverted at heart. My apartment has been my safe haven. My place to regroup and check in with myself. I'm looking for a roommate that I get along with, but mostly keeps to themselves. I'm not opposed to being friends with my roommate, but I need my living space to be a safe refuge for me.

I quit drinking 9 months ago. I can't live with someone who drinks more than casually. I cannot live with a partier. I am 420 friendly, but don't feel safe being around other addictive drugs. No judgment, just need to prfioritize my health.
