Looking for – Single female roommate to share a 2 Bed 1 bath apartment.

Unit: Furnished 1 bedroom in a shared 2-bedroom apartment.

Price: $1250/ month (all inclusive- hydro and WIFI included)

Lease terms: This room is available from 1st of August (first and last months rent required). This is a roommate agreement. You will be paying rent to me, the lease holder.
Required documents: letter of employment / proof of income and credit score.

Additional Information:

Charming 4 floor walk up, in midtown. The apartment is on Yonge but very quiet since we are on the 4th floor. You would be living only with one person, me. I work in finance, and I currently work from home. I work long hours and prefer someone quiet and respectful.

The apartment including the bedroom is fully furnished. The bedroom has a lot of natural light throughout the day and comes with a twin bed, dresser, built in closet, side tables, and a study table.

The rent is inclusive of Rent, Hydro, and Wi-Fi. I will also provide the cleaning supplies. You will be expected to keep your room clean and clean up after yourself in the kitchen.

NO PETS: Since I am sharing the living space, I cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ WEED: Please be upfront since I am allergic to smoke and am sharing the space.
NO PARTIES/ OVERNIGHT GUESTS: lets keep it a 2 person household

NO COUPLES: This is for a single female occupant. No exceptions.
